God, I swear some people have no sense of humor at all =P

I enjoy watching Advent Children. I really really do. <33 Must take more screens for teh Courtnezz... The Masamune emits way too many rainbows for Sephiroth's own good. And masculinity.

A couple things I was able to decipher from Ultimania Omega... obvious stuff, buuuuut some of it gets debated over, so...

  • Sephiroth is officially anywhere between 25-30 years old, since the Jenova Project started... 25-30 years ago =P But everyone knows this.

  • Vincent slept for 23 years. Ummbut I thought Hojo capped his ass the same year Sephiroth was born? If so, Sephiroth would be 23... >_> Why does that sound WAY too young to me? I'll stick with the 25-30 thing. Unless Vincent was put to sleep and didn't sleep the entire time, which it sounds like he didn't... after all, he's in the new chapter of Before Crisis...

  • Lucrecia had Hojo's baby because, drumroll please... she was in love with him. He was in love with her. They were married. Vincent, Vincent, Vincent... *shakes head*

  • At the end, Sephiroth's red Lifestream has the hots for Cloud *coughs* Um. I mean... that red Lifestream was Sephiroth. And they didn't specify the owner of the hand.

  • In regards to their going on a "date (?)", Cloud "(likely) doesn't harbor romantic feelings for Barret, naturally, because he is a man." Yes, the "likely" is in parentheses like that. It's not my doing. *sits in her 'Cloud is teh bi' teepee with her sock puppets* Thanks for allowing me to play with Cloud's obviously questionable sexuality, Squeenix! *thumbs up*

  • Rude and Reno are old friends. As if there was ever any doubt. And Tseng has been a Turk for over 10 years. Obviously, since that Aeris thing...

  • Rufus was the president's only son.

  • It's really really hot to see Cloud being called 'Sephiroth's puppet' outside of doujinshi. Really. *coughs* [/fangirl]

  • Vincent and Yuffie were both supposed to be 25 O_O

  • Sephiroth and Aeris were initially supposed to have a relationship... as brother and sister. See? Their similar bangs ≠ tr00 lub, they = family =P Which, when people say they "look good together"... yeah, I think my AeriSeph icon speaks for me.

  • Sephiroth and Vincent are officially described as 'biseinen'. ...not even the girls were described like that. Oh well... at least they know their guys are pretty =P

  • Mukki's "Young Bubby's Group" has a magazine. It's called SWEAT. (Excuse me while I go die XDDD)

  • Cloud spent five whole years (from age 9 to age 14) agonizing over Tifa (and consequently, admiring Sephiroth) before joining SOLDIER.

  • Zack met Aeris by her selling flowers =3

In planning, Cait Sith was supposed to be nine years old. But I'm guessing they scrapped that idea because Reeve probably didn't need to have a robot nine years ago >_> Other than that, I haven't been able to make out anything in particular that wasn't already told (Reeve's position in ShinRa, he controls Cait Sith, Cait Sith is a spy, etc.).

Yep, it is very, very canon. I knew they were together, but I was unsure of the whole marriage thing, but... can't deny that they were. The giant character tree says so!

You know, at the end of the book there's this little story with Aeris in the Lifestream, talking to people as they die during the game. In one chapter she's talking with Hojo, and instead of being semi-sane like most everyone else was, he's 100%, absolutely fucking CRAZY (laughing and giggling, calling Jenova his master...). If I could read more Japanese then I'd definitely translate it for you because geez... laughing like "kwah, kwah, kwah!!!" can never be a good thing.

This is possibly the most idiotic statement I'll ever make, but, Bizarro Sephiroth really is bizarre. I didn't realize he was that odd looking. He's got a big bloody jewel in his crotch area. Crown jewels, anyone? (If that is materia, I'm going to sulk, as it will have ruined possibly one of the worst puns in history.)
Seriously, though, with that large hanging extension, his lower regions look rather... ah... crude.

Oh, rats! They should have left them as brother and sister or not - because then we all could have really screamed, "OH, YOU SICK FUCK!" when he knocked her off. On the other hand, then Zack would have been dating his friend's sister, and I'm fairly sure there is some demented, unspoken law that you're not supposed to do that. Hrrmph.

Poor Vincent. You're one screwed up little monkey. At least we're now fairly sure you weren't Sephiroth's father, unless you got poor Lucrecia incredibly plastered and had your dirty, dirty way with her. Fun for the whole family!

I wish they would've kept them as brother and sister so at least SOME of this frikkin' Aeriseph nonsense would stop =P Dear people, stop pairing Aeris off with the guy who killed her in cold blood just so Cloud can be with Tifa plzkthx. And if you are gonna put Cloud with Tifa, god, there's much better choices for you to stick Aeris with than Sephiroth -- like, you know, HER DEAD BOYFRIEND IN THE GAME CANON =P

FUCKING THANK YOU, SQUARE. Seriously, I've been arguing for years that Gast and Lucky were fucking around and Seph was the result. Because I've never understood how people could look at their character art and not see that Aerith and Seph were designed with similar structure, etc. enough that they were likely somehow related.

Great, no one is EVAR going to get me off of that theory now.
